Cost-free Digitalization Support for MSMEs in Serbia

The COVID-19 outbreak especially affects micro, small and medium-sized enterprises as sales and operations are strongly reduced to curfew restrictions. Many MSMEs are not prepared for the switch of their core business and processes to online channels.

As an immediate answer to this situation, the CDT (Center for Digital Transformation-Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia), supported by GIZ PSD (German development agency-Private Sector Development), launched the SPEED emergency support program for MSMEs in Serbia. The SPEED Program offers two days of cost-free consulting support for companies in all industries in order to offer cost-free support to companies and help them in switching to remote work and online operations with customers, suppliers, etc..

The CDT network of experienced Certified Consultants provides this support directly to your team online. Each company has the opportunity to do a brief assessment of its current situation followed by concrete advice and support on how to increase sales and productivity through digitalization.

Open call for company applications has been launched on April 8th and initially about 100 companies will have the chance to use this support. Applications are open until funds expire.
