CE Marking platform Training in Podgorica
On November 27, 2024, the Chamber of Economy of Montenegro, in cooperation with Western Balkans 6 Chamber Investment Forum (WB6 CIF) and with the support of the European Commission, held the training session on the presentation of the CE Marking platform at the premises of the Chamber of Economy of Montenegro.
The event brought together 20 attendees, who gained practical insights into the platform’s functionalities. The training covered key topics such as an overview of the New Approach Directives and CE Marking, a detailed presentation of the CE Marking platform, and a demonstration of the platform using practical examples.
The training concluded with a dedicated questions and answers session, offering participants the opportunity to exchange ideas and further enhance their understanding of the CE Marking platform.
The training was expertly led by Natalija Jovičić Zarić, Head of Management Systems at Simplify, and supported by Marga Koković, Independent Advisor in the Department for Education and Quality at the Chamber of Economy of Montenegro and member of the Thematic Group on Quality Infrastructure.
The CE Marking platform is a tool helping manufacturers to identify preliminary applied European New Approach Directives for its product, and to facilitate import and export to European Union and all WB6 markets.
This activity was organized within the framework of the Project: “EU support to WB6 CIF for the Development of a Common Regional Market.”
