Optimization of Logistics Costs, Sustainability, and E-Logistics: Insights from the Foreign Trade Chamber of Bosnia and Herzegovina Training Session

Sarajevo, 25 October 2025 – On the second day of the “Second International Logistics Conference in Bosnia and Herzegovina,” organized by the Foreign Trade Chamber of Bosnia and Herzegovina, a dedicated training session for companies took place. This was Session V of the conference, titled “Optimization of Logistics Costs, Sustainability, and E-Logistics.” Organized by the Foreign Trade Chamber of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in cooperation with the Western Balkans 6 Chamber Investment Forum (WB6 CIF) and with the support of the European Commission, the session gathered more than 200 participants.

The training session, moderated by Kristina Petljak, Sanja Miovčić, and Ermin Muharemović, guided participants through three focused panels, each concentrating on Optimization of logistics chains, Sustainable logistics, and E-logistics, offering in-depth insights into each area.

This activity was implemented within the framework of the Project: “EU support to WB6 CIF for the Development of a Common Regional Market – 2024/454-229”

Meeting of Thematic Group (TG3) on Transport

In addition to the training, Thematic Group (TG3) on transport held a productive meeting during the conference, with participants comprising members of the Thematic Group, companies, and chamber experts in transport. The members of TG3 reviewed the current situation and discussed the next steps for the final recommendations, which will be presented and discussed at the EU-WB6 Business Council meeting within the EU-WB6 Business Platform.
