Empowering Western Balkans and German Companies to Build Partnerships, Explore Markets, and Establish Joint Supply Chains
The Managing Board of the Western Balkans 6 Chamber Investment Forum (WB6 CIF) along with a business delegation of 25 SMEs from the WB6 economies, in the sectors of infrastructure, agriculture, and automotive including metal, plastic, and textile will participate in the Business Forum: “10 years Berlin Process – The Western Balkans as an economic area on the way to the EU” and in B2B meetings, held as a side session within the framework of the Business Forum, in Berlin on September 24th, 2024.
The Business Forum organized by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action and with the support of the German Eastern Business Association (OA), the German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DIHK), and the Western Balkans 6 Chamber Investment Forum (WB6 CIF), will focus on the Common Regional Market- 10 years Berlin Process and on the Energy and Climate Protection addressing the challenges and opportunities for the economic area, with the green transformation seen as an opportunity for the Western Balkans.
The dedicated B2B meetings will provide a unique platform for Western Balkans companies and those from Germany to build robust partnerships, explore new market potentials, and exchange expertise across sectors such as infrastructure, agriculture, and automotive including metal, plastic, and textile, while also presenting opportunities and benefits of investing in the region and finding partners for establishing joint supply chains.
The participation of the WB6 CIF Managing Board, alongside the delegation of 25 SMEs, is organized by the Western Balkans 6 Chamber Investment Forum (WB6 CIF), with the support of the European Commission, under the framework of the project ‘EU Support to the WB6 CIF for the Development of a Common Regional Market, 2024/454-229.
