10 Years Berlin Process – The Western Balkans as an Economic Area on the Way to the EU
The Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action will organize the Business Forum: “10 Years Berlin Process – The Western Balkans as an Economic Area on the Way to the EU.”
The event will take place on Tuesday, September 24, 2024, from 9:30 am to 2: 30 pm (Admission from 8:00 am) at the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action, Berlin.
All Western Balkans stakeholders are invited to exchange ideas during the Business Forum as business representatives and those interested in the region.
The focus of this Business Forum will be on two main topics: The Common Regional Market, which involves reviewing the past ten years of the Berlin Process and assessing progress and challenges, and Energy and Climate Protection, where discussions will revolve around the challenges and opportunities for the economic area, with green transformation seen as a significant opportunity for the Western Balkans.
The event is supported by German Eastern Business Association (OA), the German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DIHK), and the Western Balkans 6 Chamber Investment Forum (WB6 CIF).
