The World Bank has prepared a guide and online training for Small and Medium Enterprises project under the REPARIS initiative, financed by the European Union.
The guide is targeted at SME owners and managers of SMEs in the Western Balkans who are interested in developing their businesses and are considering whether venture capital and private equity could be an option.
To understand if private equity and venture capital could be good options for the company, the authors have prepared series of simple steps to guide and support companies in understanding what it will take to be financially prepared.
